What is unique about this Membership program?

*Combine this Membership program wtih your high deductible health plan and you will not  hesitate to seek medical care to keep you healthy and away from ERs and hospitals.

*If you cannot afford a health insurance, at least you can receive basic medical care at affordable price with this Membership program.

*If you are an Employer, you can offer this Membership program to your employees as an affordable health benefit.

*If you are an Employee, you can ask your Employer to make it available through your work so you can receive a health benefit for only $1 a day or just 17 cents an hour.  Your employer may choose to help subsidize the monthly fee.

Once you are a Member, either Individual or Corporate, you can be seen at our facility for a fee of $15 per visit without limitation as long as medically necessary. 

Services Included:

*Medical evaluation and treatment for Immediate Care and Primary Care.

*Maintain Physical & Mental Wellness Annual Physicals, gynecological and well child exam, Vaccinations and cancer screening.

*All labs performed in our facility such as: Rapid Strep, Urinalysis, Mono test, Influenza test, pregnancy test, urine microscopic exam, etc. (Sent out labs are not included but charged at deeply discounted prices.)

*Immediate Problems, such as: treatment of sore thorats, coughs and colds, suturing lacerations, removing earwax, etc.

*Manage Long-term Medical Conditions, such as: asthma, diabetes and high blood pressure.

*Coordinate Care: Assist specialists by organizing and forwarding pertinent information from primary exams, including lab test and X-rays.

*All procedures performed in our facility such as : laceration repair, draining an abscess, foreign body removal, and wart removal, EKG.
